My name is Paula, and I’m the owner, roaster, operator, coffee sampler, packager, and everything in between at Pemberton Coffee Roasters.
By roasting often and in small quantities, I can ensure our coffee is always fresh while maintaining a balance between work and family life. Providing great coffee, “fresh and often”.
THE ROASTER
At Pemberton Coffee Roasters, every coffee is artisan roasted on a historic 1915 Royal Number 5, 12 kg coffee roaster. Each small batch is carefully guided by hand, with no computers and no automation—just the sights, sounds, aromas, and instincts of a skilled roaster.
Roasting since 2004, we combine decades of experience, meticulous attention to detail, intuition, and passion to create exceptional coffee.
THE BEANS
We like our coffee smooth, bold, and full of character, while preserving the unique flavours of each origin. We source our specialty-grade green coffee through our trusted partners at West Coast Coffee Traders.
